We may collect information you submit through forms (name, business name, email, phone and message), account data if you create a login, and business information you connect for website, Google Business Profile, content and publishing features.
Account and business information
If you use the platform, we process business profile details, services, locations, brand assets, connected page identifiers, content drafts, publishing calendars and review-response drafts that you or your team provide.
Cookies and analytics
The marketing website uses essential cookies to run the site and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure visits, page views and form conversions. You can control cookies in your browser. Meta’s data practices are described in Meta’s privacy policy.
Google integrations
If you connect Google Business Profile or other Google APIs, we process only the data required to provide the features you enable (such as listing information, posts and reviews). Use of Google APIs is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. We do not sell Google user data.
Social integrations
If you connect Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, we process tokens and content needed to schedule and publish the posts you approve. Those platforms remain governed by their own terms.
AI processing
Content, creative and review-response features may send prompts and business context to infrastructure providers that host large language or image models. Do not include unnecessary personal data about your customers in prompts. Model providers may process data under their own terms. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing.
Data storage and retention
We store information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Enquiry form data is retained long enough to respond and, if you become a customer, to operate your account. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise operational data within a commercially reasonable period unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Product accounts can be deleted at https://leadskale.com/delete-account after email verification. You may also contact info@leadskale.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Third-party services
The site and product may rely on hosting, DNS, analytics, email delivery, Google APIs, Meta APIs, LinkedIn APIs and AI model providers. Those parties process data under their own policies when you use the related features.
Children
Lead Skale is a business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
