Agreement
These terms govern use of the Lead Skale website and software services operated at https://leadskale.com. They are a working draft for legal review, not a substitute for counsel. By using the service you agree to these terms if they are adopted as your contract.
The service
Lead Skale provides software and related setup assistance for SEO-friendly websites, Google Business Profile workflows, search-intent research, AI content and creatives, publishing to supported platforms, and review-response drafts. Features vary by plan. We do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or any third-party platform outcome.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees unless otherwise agreed. Prices on the pricing page show monthly subscription fees plus GST. There is no separate setup fee. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in accordance with your order form or in-product controls.
Refunds
Unused prepaid subscription time after a valid cancellation is handled as described in your plan confirmation. This clause must be finalised with legal and finance before you rely on it.
48-hour setup
Any 48-hour timeline refers to configuration and delivery of the Lead Skale system after required business information, access and assets are received. It does not mean rankings, traffic or customer enquiries within 48 hours.
AI-generated content
Outputs from AI features are drafts. You must review them for accuracy, intellectual property, advertising standards, professional or healthcare compliance, and platform policies before publishing. Lead Skale is not responsible for claims, prices, medical statements or legal advice that appear in unreviewed output.
Your content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Lead Skale a licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to logos, photos, offers and customer data you submit.
Platform integrations
Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms may change APIs, policies or availability. We are not those platforms. If a connection fails or a platform restricts your account, that is outside the Lead Skale service warranty.
Acceptable use
You may not use Lead Skale to spam, impersonate, scrape in violation of law, generate fake reviews, guarantee rankings to your own customers using our name, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that reasonably appear to violate this section.
Intellectual property
The Lead Skale name, logo, software and marketing site are owned by Lead Skale or its licensors. You may not copy the product or remove brand marks except as allowed to use the service.
Service availability
We aim for reasonable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure can cause downtime.
Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Skale is not liable for lost profits, lost data, ranking changes, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for the service is limited to fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, unless a mandatory law says otherwise. This limitation must be confirmed by counsel.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel per your plan. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment or material breach. After termination, software access ends. Website files and exported content may be available for a limited retrieval window if specified in your order.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted. Material changes to paid contracts should be handled in the order form.
